Mental Range Session

Go to the driving range inside your head.  Picture yourself there, pulling out the individual clubs, setting them down with a shot shape in mind.  Hit it. Then, mentally, grab the next one.

When you visualize it, the more details you include, the better.  The wind, the temperature, how the ball looks where it sits in the grass.  The stepping up to the ball, getting comfortable, and putting it into the picture.
