In your putting stroke, go to a backswing position that stops at your back foot. From there, hold the position for 3 seconds, then hit the putt.
Many golfers take a very long backswing and decelerate into a very minimal "downswing," which means putts come out with varying speeds. It's the most inconsistent way to putt. This drill helps you find consistency in putting.
