Belt Loops

In order to perform this one, you will need pants that have belt loops.  In the front right and left belt loops, place one long tube/pool noodle.  It will need to be about 3 feet long.  

Take golf swings.  Don't get "thwacked" by the tube/pool noodle.  

This will help players who find themselves "stuck" in the downswing.
